Knock Down Ginger
- Clap the basil and mint leaves in your hands to release their flavours, then muddle them in the bottom of a tumbler glass.
- Next, squeeze in the juice of the lime and pop the rest of it into the glass.
- Pour in the gin
- Fill the glass to the top with the ice
- Top up with Gran Stead’s Mellow Ginger
- Gently stir
- Finally, garnish with a mint sprig (optional – it will still taste delicious)
