Apple & Blackberry Ginble
This cocktail is our twist on the modern-classic, the Bramble, that pairs flavours of blackberries and lemon. It’s easy-peasy to make and perfect to serve up at parties, when blackberries are in season. Our twist uses cinnamon syrup and apple juice to accentuate the lovely autumn flavours. We recommend Briottet Crème de Mûre as our choice of blackberry liqueur, which you can buy here
37.5ml Brighton Gin (want to know where you can pick up a bottle? Find out here) – 15ml fresh lemon juice – 15ml apple juice (We love Wobblegate apple juice, which you can buy here) – 7.5ml cinnamon sugar syrup (We love William Fox Cinnamon Syrup, which you can buy here. Or, make your own! We’ve explained how here) – 15ml Crème de Mûre
Simply combine all ingredients together in a short glass and fill with crushed ice. Top with the Crème de Mûre and garnish with fresh blackberries and a lemon slice.
37.5ml gin 30ml lemon 10ml sugar 15ml creme de mure Combine together gin, lemon & sugar in a glass. Add plenty of crushed ice and top with creme de mure. Garnish blackberry & lemon wedge.
